Payments

Payments on Tulsi can be made through Debit Cards, Credit Cards, Cash Cards, Net Banking, and Cash on Delivery (COD).

Card Payments and Net Banking

We accept MasterCard, Visa, and American Express cards.

We also accept payments through Net Banking via supported banks.

All credit card payments are processed through our secure online payment gateway partners.

In a credit card transaction, you must use a credit card that is preferably in the name of the person placing the order. However, this is not a precondition for placing orders with us. We shall not be liable for any credit card fraud. The liability for fraudulent use of a credit card rests solely with you, and the burden of proving otherwise shall be exclusively on you in the event of any suspected fraud.

Cash on Delivery (COD)

Cash on Delivery (COD) is an option that allows you to pay for your order at the time of delivery instead of making payment in advance.

The maximum order value eligible for COD is ₹10,000. There is no limit on the number of COD orders you may place. However, each subsequent COD order will be dispatched only after payment for all preceding COD orders has been received.

All COD orders will be verified electronically or telephonically before dispatch.

COD is available only for deliveries within India.

Tulsi reserves the right to refuse any COD transaction at its sole discretion.

Delivery & Payment Terms

Domestic Shipping (India)

The selected products will be delivered to the shipping address provided by you through our designated courier partners, with whom your contact details may be shared for delivery purposes.

The estimated shipping time for each product is mentioned on the respective product page. Once an order is placed, we hold it for at least 24 hours before processing it for shipment.

After dispatch, delivery within India typically takes 3–10 working days, depending on the destination. Delivery to certain locations may be unavailable if the courier partner does not service the region or declines service for any reason.

Shipping charges within India are as follows:

  • COD Orders: ₹199

  • Prepaid Orders: ₹149

All products shipped by us are fully insured during transit. Prices for products sold within India are inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.

You can track the status of your order through the tracking details shared after dispatch.

The entire order value, including shipping charges, will be refunded if an order is cancelled within the period specified in our Cancellation Policy, or if the order is lost or remains undelivered. Shipping charges will not be refunded if only part of the order is cancelled.

International Shipping

We deliver worldwide and offer various international shipping options, depending on the destination.

Once dispatched, international deliveries generally take 7–20 working days, depending on the location.

For international orders, all shipping charges, customs duties, taxes, and other applicable charges are payable by the customer.

International orders are shipped on a DDU (Delivery Duty Unpaid) basis. This means that product prices displayed on our website are exclusive of import duties, customs charges, and local taxes. As the recipient, you are responsible for paying all import duties, customs charges, and local sales taxes levied by the destination country. Payment of these charges is required for your order to be released from customs upon arrival.
